Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the product must:
- Be unused and in its original condition
- Be returned with its original packaging
- Include all accessories, manuals, labels, and included items
- Show no signs of misuse, physical damage, or improper installation
MA Tech reserves the right to inspect returned products before approving a refund or exchange.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please provide your order details along with clear photos or videos showing the issue so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
If the issue is confirmed to be from our side, we will arrange an appropriate replacement, exchange, or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns may not be accepted for:
- Products that have been used or damaged after delivery
- Products missing their original packaging or accessories
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper installation
- Clearance or final-sale items, when clearly indicated
- Products that cannot be resold for hygiene or safety reasons
Exchanges
Approved products may be exchanged depending on product availability.
If the replacement product has a different price, the price difference will be calculated accordingly.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be processed using an agreed refund method.
Original delivery charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an incorrect, damaged, or defective product supplied by MA Tech.
Warranty
Some products may include a manufacturer or supplier warranty. Warranty terms can vary depending on the product and will be handled separately from our standard return policy.
